QBall CRM
researchQBall CRM is a prototype showcase: a clickable design artifact built to argue one position about sell-side capital markets software, with no product behind it. The position is that the useful place for AI in a customer relationship management system is inside the workflow, with the chat window present and secondary. It walks three persona-specific surfaces (equity research, sales and trading, investment banking) where an embedded agent called Qubie surfaces insight where the work already happens.

activeThe QBall Design System is my personal brand identity shipped as code: a locked token layer (color, type, spacing, motion) and a framework-agnostic component library, rendered light and dark from one source. Terminal-meets-editorial, opinionated, and deliberately restrained, it's the system I use to build my own site, my diagrams, and my prototypes. QBall is the play on my last name, Kubal.

activeCLEAR (Context Layering & Engineering for Agentic Resources) is a Claude Code plugin that gives coding agents memory across sessions. It pairs a self-maintaining, code-bound knowledge base, formalized as the CLEAR Knowledge Spec (CKS), with a structured plan → schedule → act → manage workflow, so the right context reaches the right agent at the right time and work stays on track from one session to the next.
